Synopsis:

As we enter the nave of the Modern Collection of the Gulbenkian Museum we come across all the space dedicated to sculpture and installation, and as we move through space, we have advanced over a century in time. In this visit, we dedicate our attention to the body and its representation, seeing and feeling how the artists were “portraying” throughout the 20th and 21st centuries, and how these different forms of representation tell us about changes in historical context, techniques , of materials and perspectives.
